对比消失模和传统砂铸——谈问题谋发展

在国内铸造行业发展不断面临环保压力,形势愈发严峻,对于拥有“绿色铸造”美名的消失模铸造行业发展无疑是个春天,虽说任何铸造工艺都有其局限性。在此背景下,消失模铸造应该做哪些工作,才能保持长效发展?在对比传统砂型铸造工厂投资、工艺优缺点、国内外设备技术的发展等问题上,不难发现消失模工艺在当前大规模整治铸造环保的大环境下依然有着良好发展优势。我们也要正视消失模铸造的不足,认识到工艺、设备与国外存在的差距,有效找准差距,解决瓶颈问题。根据企业发展框架来定义后续铸造产品生产路线,从产品源头设计时应有效的考虑到消失模铸造工艺的优势条件,最终以良好的市场认可度来回馈绿色铸造在中国的发展。
In China, the development of foundry industry was facing the pressure of environmental protection, and the situation was more and more serious. It was undoubtedly a spring for the development of EPC industry with the reputation of “green casting”, although any casting process had its limitations. In this context, what should EPC do to maintain long-term development? Compared with the traditional sand mold casting plant investment, process advantages and disadvantages, domestic and foreign equipment and technology development and other issues, it was not difficult to find that EPC process in the current large-scale rectification of casting environmental protection environment still had a good development advantage. We should also face up to the shortcomings of EPC, clearly recognize the gap between technology and equipment and foreign countries, and more quickly and effectively identify the gap, solve the bottleneck problem.According to the enterprise development framework to define the follow-up casting product production line, from the product source design should effectively consider the advantages of EPC process conditions, and finally with good market recognition to repay the development of green casting in China.
